When you do not have enough experience or knowledge about Jacobean route<\/a>, the option with greater security and better equipped with services, is undoubtedly the French Way of Santiago.<\/p>\n

It is a journey that consists of 33 stages, but you can choose the one that best suits you in reference to your time available for the pilgrimage. It is the best marked route until you reach Plaza del Obradoiro.<\/p>\n

Reasons that make it the best option on the Camino<\/h2>\n

Monuments to see on the French Way of Santiago<\/h3>\n

In Roncesvalles you can visit the Royal Collegiate Church of the town, or get to the\u00a0Cathedral of San Pedro de Jaca<\/a><\/p>\n

to delight in the architecture of the church. The Cathedral of Santo Domingo de la Calzada offers you a view of one of the towns where one of the best-known legends around the Camino originated.<\/p>\n

The different towns have a lot to offer to the visitors and pilgrims who walk their streets, regardless of nationality or age. The French Way is the section best known for its cultural wealth around the route that leads to the Cathedral of Santiago.<\/p>\n

It has one of the shortest but most culturally rich sections of the Camino<\/h2>\n

The route from Sarria to Santiago de Compostela is full of culture and an eternal road company, contrasting between the urban and the rural areas surrounding the capital. In the last sections of this tour, enjoy the Galician gastronomy of the towns offered such as the cheese route or its exquisite variety of seafood.
