Porque no s\u00f3lo se trata de una peregrinaci\u00f3n espiritual, sino que tambi\u00e9n encontrar\u00e1s hermosos paisajes e incre\u00edbles joyas arquitect\u00f3nicas a lo largo de los diferentes pueblos de cada una de las etapas.<\/p>\n<p>Esta peregrinaci\u00f3n es adem\u00e1s un reto f\u00edsico, ya que debes hacer largas horas de caminata diaria para ir recorriendo las etapas. Es por esto que una buena planificaci\u00f3n se vuelve esencial a la hora de decirte por hacer el recorrido. Vestuario, kit de emergencias, lugares a visitar, horas de las paradas y la alimentaci\u00f3n son algunos de los elementos m\u00e1s importantes que debes tener en cuenta.<\/p>\n<h3>El desayuno, \u00bfabundante o controlado?<\/h3>\n<p>Esta es una duda com\u00fan que todos se hacen cuando planifican su viaje, y es que mientras algunos consideran que lo mejor es consumir un desayuno completo y abundante para iniciar el d\u00eda con energ\u00edas, otros aconsejan uno m\u00e1s liviano. Y es que no todos pueden consumir grandes cantidades de comida muy temprano por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>Lo recomendable es que puedas tomar un desayuno equilibrado, que te aporte suficientes nutrientes, pero sin llegar a ser excesivo. Algunas sugerencias son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un vaso de zumo natural de frutas, yogur, queso y una barra de cereales<\/li>\n<li>Tres tostadas de pan, algunas lonchas de pavo y un pu\u00f1ado de frutos secos<\/li>\n<li>Tostadas con mermelada de frutas, caf\u00e9 y galletas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Para el almuerzo, no te pierdas el men\u00fa del peregrino<\/h3>\n<p>Con respecto al almuerzo te encuentras con varias opciones, puedes llevar en tu mochila algunos alimentos que, si bien no pueden ser una comida completa por el peso, te brindan los nutrientes necesarios para continuar. Por otro lado, a lo largo del camino podr\u00e1s encontrar una gran variedad de restaurantes y sitios para comer.<\/p>\n<p>La mejor elecci\u00f3n que puedes tomar es optar por el men\u00fa del peregrino ofrecido por hostales, albergues y restaurantes, adem\u00e1s de ser sumamente econ\u00f3mico te aporta todo lo necesario para tu recorrido, mientras pruebas los deliciosos platos t\u00edpicos de la zona.<\/p>\n<h3>Una cena para recargar energ\u00edas<\/h3>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de la caminata del d\u00eda, nada mejor para reponer energ\u00edas que una cena completa, preferiblemente con pasta y vegetales ricos en prote\u00ednas.<\/p>\n<h3>Lo que no te puede faltar<\/h3>\n<p>Es importante que te mantengas hidratado durante todo el camino y consumas al menos un peque\u00f1o tentempi\u00e9 cada dos horas a fin de reponer las energ\u00edas gastadas.
