Para mantenernos fuertes y con la energ\u00eda al m\u00e1ximo a lo largo de la peregrinaci\u00f3n es vital prestarle atenci\u00f3n a la alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo alimentarse para mantenerse en plena forma durante toda la jornada?<\/p>\n<p>Un requisito fundamental es cuidar la forma en la que se ingiere y dosifica la comida.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el d\u00eda, es mejor recurrir por lo tanto a una\u00a0<strong>alimentaci\u00f3n ligera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Al final de cada etapa es el mejor momento para realizar la comida m\u00e1s importante y abundante del d\u00eda. As\u00ed, el peregrino se evitar\u00e1 caminar con el est\u00f3mago lleno.<br \/>\nSon muchos los beneficios de empezar el d\u00eda con un buen <strong>desayuno<\/strong>: esta comida supone entre un 20 y un 25% de la ingesta cal\u00f3rica del d\u00eda. El peregrino debe ingerir agua y s\u00f3lidos con hidratos de carbono.<br \/>\nLos <strong>alimentos energ\u00e9ticos<\/strong> como una chocolatina, unos <strong>frutos secos<\/strong> o un terr\u00f3n de az\u00facar para determinados momentos de debilidad servir\u00e1n de gran ayuda para reponer fuerzas r\u00e1pidamente.<\/p>\n<p>Se debe tener cuidado a la hora de ingerir pescados y carnes poco hechos debido a que pueden causar intoxicaciones que afectar\u00edan mucho a la etapa programada.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante no esperar a tener <strong>sed<\/strong> para beber y evitar beber mucha cantidad de agua de golpe.
